Every year up until 2020, Eentien Architects has published a yearbook with their most outstanding projects – both finished and ongoing. As a gift to all relations, it was a way to showcase their recent projects and have a nice booklet to refer to, year by year.
For the retirement of Nico Brouwer as the director of Eentien Architects, I’ve designed and put together a special edition of the yearbook: a book with two sides. On one side, it shows the usual updates and highlights of the year 2020, where on the other side – literally – it opens up to a tribute to the career of Nico with an interview, credits from old partners and an overview of his legacy as an outstanding architect throughout the years.
